Hormonal Cramp Salve

This is a super special soothing balm to rub on the lower abdomen and lower back to relieve pre menstrual/menstrual pain and support any hormonal discomfort you may experience during your cycle. I can tell you from experience that it is absolutely divine. 

And, actually, it's also great for headaches and breast tenderness too...really any topical discomfort.

All of the ingredients were gathered with such deep intention.. and I am so honored to be able to share this amazing herbal salve with you.

How to use:

Tenderly rub a tsp or so of salve on to abdomen and/or lower back (or wherever your body says yes) while taking some nice, long, slow, deep breaths.

Ingredients: Rose, Ginger Root, White Willow Bark, Mugwort, & Hops slow infused cold pressed sunflower oil, bees wax, organic coconut oil, ginger & clary sage essential oils, rose powder, and lots of love.

CAUTIONS: Do NOT use during pregnancy.
